Student Registration 2022 - 2023

Welcome to our Appling Family,

 We are so excited to have you join us this upcoming school year.  Please note the following information necessary to register your current or future Wildcat for the upcoming school year.

 
*NEW STUDENTS*: Parents and Guardians of students NEW to Bartlett City Schools will need to Pre-Register their student by clicking the link below.  

First, you must complete the Enrollment Data Form.  You may complete this form electronically and save it.  It will be automatically e-mailed to Mrs. Farnsworth, our attendance operator.

Once you complete the enrollment data form, please contact Mrs. Farnsworth via e-mail to schedule a time to speak with her regarding registration. You may e-mail her at [email protected]

**Only students who are new to our district will need to schedule registration appointments **.

*Students who have been in the BCS district may register as usual

*RETURNING STUDENTS*: Please note, before a schedule can be created for your child, you must complete PowerSchool Registration (InfoSnap).

  • MLGW statement (no cut-off notices or Bartlett water bills)
  • Mortgage Statement
  • Lease or Rental Agreement (with signature page)
  • Real Estate Tax Receipt
  • Government Assistance Communication
You can download a PDF of your MLGW bill from their website, MLGW if you have your account set up for online access. You can also download a copy of your Real Estate tax receipt from the Shelby County Trustee, Shelby County Trustee.
 
Parents and Guardians will be responsible for scanning ALL necessary documents into PowerSchool Registration (InfoSnap) during the registration process. Bartlett City Schools does not endorse or recommend any specific scanning app or method, but some options include Genius Scan (free app), Notes app (iPhone or iPad), and Google Drive (Android).
 

Registration for returning students must be completed by May 31, 2022.
