Here is a copy of the permission slip for 8th graders and select 7th graders who auditioned for honor band.  We will be going on a field trip on Thursday to the 9th grade academy.  Students will not be put on the teacher excuse list or be allowed to get on a bus without a signed permission form.  I'm looking forward to our 8th graders hearing the high school band again, talking to Mr. Dodd about scheduling, and seeing the 9th grade campus.  

Please return this signed form at open house Tuesday night or by class on Wednesday.
